What is the Efficient Home Program?

“The Efficient House Program is a line of financing, through a repayable loan with very favorable conditions, over the next two years. This Government initiative will soon be launched for projects that include the realization of a set of works aimed at improving the environmental performance of houses and buildings, mostly residential. The program is aimed at all types of owners, and is aimed at most individuals and condominiums.

The interventions covered by the program aim to boost energy efficiency, the use of renewable energies, increase water efficiency and improve environmental performance. These interventions will be carried out through measures such as, for example, the application of thermal insulation on walls, replacement of frames, optimization of elevators, installation of photovoltaic solar panels, installation of solar systems, acquisition of high energy and water efficiency appliances, and not only.”
